Appeal: Girl missing from Souyh Oxhey home

Police are concerned for the safety of a missing 11-year-old girl.

Hertfordshire Police has released an appeal to help trace Liva Karwan, aged 11, who is missing from her home in South Oxhey.

She was last seen in South Oxhey at around 2.45pm today (Sunday, May 23).

She is described as around 4 foot tall with long black hair and was last seen wearing a plain white t-shirt, blue jeans, purple shoes and a small purple and black handbag.

Detectives believe Liva may have caught a train from Carpenders Park train station to Watford. She may also be in Bushey.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Liva’s welfare.

If you have seen Liva since she was reported missing or have information about where she has been, you can report information by:

• Filling out an online reporting form at herts.police.uk/report.

• Speaking to an operator in the Force Communications Room via online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact.

• Calling the non-emergency telephone number 101 if you have information about where Liva has been.
